Lisa has always been a student of group fitness and taught Jazzercise for 11 years. The community energy, support, and dancing fun were always an important part of her workout experience and life. When her life pivoted and she needed to start anew in New Hampshire, Lisa needed a new community more than ever. She was also looking for a new challenge that would incorporate a yoga practice into her healing journey.
She never thought she would ever do hot anything, but took a Blaze H.I.I.T class and was hooked immediately. Lisa loves to share with all of the benefits of the interdisciplinary approach to fitness that Blaze offers; the strength, mobility, mindfulness, endurance and fun with dance and music. You need it all!
