Sarah has always been an active person, but it wasn’t until she discovered Blaze that it all finally clicked. After years of playing sports and lifting at the gym, she tried her first Blaze class and instantly fell in love with the energy, variety, and sense of community. Now as a nursing student, teaching and attending weights classes has not only helped her manage stress and stay healthy, but has also brought a sense of alignment and balance to her life. Blaze has become her place to recharge and connect with others who share her passion for wellness. Sarah committed to helping those who take her classes build strength and confidence while finding joy in moving their bodies.
